The word refers to full health mental, physical, and emotional. A good way to stay healthy is to take control of our body, exercising, changing bad habits, eat a balanced diet, living a relaxed, among others. All these aspects are important and we should take into account but we care for our bodies and our health we can develop several diseases such as diabetes, high or low pressure, cardiovascular disease, problems with cholesterol, overweight people are more likely to suffer from these diseases, so we should eat in a way appropriate to a normal weight and prevent these diseases. How people try to lose weight? In most cases people eat light, eat some natural treatments that can be functional as long as they take medical supervision. Finally I think that health is important and why should we worry about having it getting better, exercise and good nutrition is a good way to stay healthy.
I think that would be good to ourself, if everybody do it recomendations to be healthy and with this practices we will have a good health when we will be old. ..
