Dear: President
Miss President I am writing this letter to communicate my concern and disagreement with the laws of Costa Rica. Each day that passes there are more crimes, people who are looking to make the evil other. I think this situation should change, the laws in this country should be more strict and firm, and before sending a person to jail, police, lawyers and all the people behind the "research" must be absolutely certain who is to blame and who is innocent. Since you have been many cases where the culprits are those who are outside and hurting innocent people paying what they should not pay. As was seen in the movie "The Life of David Gale"

I agree with you with what you say about the laws of our country! I think these are a bit corrupts and that often are not as efficient as we should be.

ResponderEliminarIts true, the laws must change, but we have been guilty of evil prosecution of sentences. THE MURDERS ARE COMMITTED AND THE JUDGES AND ALL THE JURISPRUDENCE SYSTEM IS THE GUILTY IN THIS CASES ALTOGETHER OUR SOCIETY.
